Ornament Design

This project required the students to study the flora and

fauna present in Jordan. Then they had to choose at least two elements to be inspired by (eg: a flower and a lizard).

Later they had to study their choices in further detail and use their features and elements to create abstract patterns, which can later be used as tiles.

The students used the process of laser cutting and then

combined the different pieces of their design in one tile.
